I called around looking for quotes from several electrical company’s in Toronto. I went with Tim and Toronto Wiring because they had the most competitive pricing, Tim was also the most responsive to my questions and emails, and the technician he sent over was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I needed an outlet installed on a wall that had no outlets and no power to it that sat between to staircases. Tim’s technician did everything we had asked, was time efficient, and cleaned up the space afterward. Tim charged us exactly what he quoted me. The service from start to finish was exceptional and we appreciated all the answers to our questions. Will definitely use Toronto Wiring for future projects! ~ Mike C

I was very hesitant to search Google for an electrician to move some outlets to allow our home renovation to move forward. Tim was absolutely fantastic. The only one to ask for photo's to properly quote the work. The cost was great (mid range from all the quotes we received). Tim was very responsive and proactively contacted me when electrician was running behind schedule. Work was done quickly, cleanly and above my expectation. We had a wire short out and start a small fire in our shop. Lucky there was no damage but we needed an electrician right away at 4:00pm on Saturday December 23. Toronto Wiring was the first person to answer the phone and say they could help, everyone else was not answering the phone or said they could not come out at that time. They were there within a few hours and traced the problem and made it safe to turn the power back on to our shop and the apartment upstairs. Great service and fast response... Great customer experience with Toronto Wiring. I actually got a live person when I called, as opposed to voicemail. Tim was polite and courteous. The contractor (Cordell) arrived within the designated window and was friendly, professional and competent. He identified and repaired the issue (blown circuit) within minutes. During the May windstorm in Toronto one of our large trees blew over and took out our power stack as well as the power for our street. The windstorm caused such an emergency state in Toronto that it was impossible to get help on the weekend. We called many electricians and Tim at Toronto Wiring was the only one to answer our call and he put a qualified team together to work on our power stack within 24hrs! They worked late into the night on Saturday and were back at it Sunday morning. The team wouldn't leave until they knew that ESA had certified the work through their ACP qualification and that Toronto Hydro received the ESA certification. It too them many hours and many phone calls to Toronto Hydro to get this done. We were so impressed with their level of service, professionalism, and the great work they did to restore our power. These guys were exhausted from the emergency work they were doing around the clock but they were so great to deal with through the whole weekend. Great experience using Toronto Wiring. Called them because I needed a few cable wires in a wall moved over in a condo in order to open up a wall to create an open concept kitchen. From the first moment I contacted them they were professional and gave me a detailed breakdown of what needed to be done and the parts required with an exact price. Toronto Wiring installed a 220 50amp wire from my electrical panel to outside my house along our wall and buried from the end of our house to the place where our swim spa will be placed. The work was excellent and of the highest quality. Moreover, the guys were very neat and clean. We had looked high and low for someone to come to a residential property to fix and old 'pbx lite' system from the 90s as there is almost nobody out there whom will do this type of telecom work. Toronto Wiring's team member Frans did a fantastic job on putting in the new xBlue system and it was a seamless / easy transition thanks to their work! We recently had electrical work done and they were excellent. We had a full electrical panel replaced along with some other emergency electrical work that had to be done. Getting a new dryer and requested an outlet as old dryer was direct wired from the circuit breaker.When T.W. put in the new outlet discovered circuit breaker was only 20 amps. T.W made a second visit and installed 30 amp breaker at no additional charge!! Highly recommend! ~ Store 2
